Attended DC's first annual Tomato Bash with J & P and plan to make this a regular thing.  Swung by Mark's Kitchen for brunch beforehand and got people curious because of our awesome bug-eyed goggles that I found on Amazon (winning, with the Amazon Prime+Amazon Visa combo that A & K suggested).  We also had capes fashioned out of bed sheets (the red ones were from A and I made P's cape on the ride up to Fredneck.  Entertained ourselves while driving with ridiculous videos, like:

Tomato Bash was AWESOME!!!  Laughed so hard that my voice went hoarse.  Got pelted super hard occasionally (have the bruises to show for it) because some mufuggers didn't crush the tomatoes before throwing them. Roar! Still, the whole thing was ridiculously entertaining.  They even had plastic lining the floor, so we started sliding down them like a Slip 'n Slide.  Probably how I got so much tomato in my boobage... good thing there were nice folks who parked close by who had the genius idea to bring a water cooler to prop on top of their car for a makeshift shower.  They let me use their water and for that, I'm SUPER grateful. THANK YOU!!!  to you guys and lady... somewhere out there...

Next year, I'm so going to be prepared:
  • Water cooler
  • Lots of towels
  • Shoes with good traction that are easy to wash
  • Disposable waterproof camera
  • Capes fashioned out of poncho material: Soaked bed sheets get fuh-fuh-fuh-fweezing...
Getting older: Granny's feeling worn out from throwing tomatoes at strangers.

Hahaha... IGOTTAP
